All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

We offer two shipping options to bring art to your doorstep:

  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Tracking: Full tracking provided
  • Insurance: Included for your peace of mind

Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Tracking: Basic tracking available

Please note: We ship globally, excluding Asia and select remote areas. Additional shipping restrictions may apply to certain regions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love the art you choose. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is designed to be as elegant and straightforward as our collections.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the artwork. To be eligible:

  • Item must be in original condition, unused and undamaged
  • Original packaging with all protective materials intact
  • Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the unique nature of certain artworks, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or commissioned pieces (including works by featured artists like Anthony Van Lam, Julia Purington, or Danhui Nai that were specifically created for your order)
  • Digital art downloads or prints that have been accessed or downloaded
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”
  • Artworks damaged due to improper handling or display after delivery

Return & Exchange Process

1 Submit Your Return/Exchange Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact us at [email protected] with:

  • Order number and date
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Preferred resolution (refund or specific exchange item)

2 Receive Return Authorization

We’ll respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return Authorization Number
  • Detailed shipping instructions
  • Return shipping address

3 Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging and include:

  • Return Authorization Number clearly visible
  • Copy of your original order confirmation

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Artora Store is not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.

4 Processing Your Return/Exchange

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  • Inspect the item within 3-5 business days
  • Process your refund or exchange
  • Send confirmation email once completed

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Timing depends on your payment method:

  • Credit Card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal payments: 3-5 business days after processing

What Will Be Refunded

  • Full cost of returned item(s)
  • Original shipping charges (unless return is due to customer preference)

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Exchange processed once we receive your returned item
  • Price differences will be refunded or invoiced
  • New item shipped using your original shipping method
